We’re Jasmine and Alana — sisters, mothers, and the co-founders of The Play Room and Blended. This space was born from our shared dream to create something meaningful for families, rooted in connection, creativity, and care.
Together, we’ve built The Play Room — a child-led play space designed to welcome, support, and inspire. It’s the space we always needed. A place where little minds can explore freely and big people can connect, breathe, and just be.
Our Mission
We believe in slowing down, getting on the level with our children, and creating spaces where every family feels safe, seen, and supported. Whether you’re here to play, feed, connect or just reset, The Play Room is a home away from home — where community and care come first.

Nestled beside Blended Kitchen, The Play Room is a carefully curated play space for children aged 0–4 and the grown-ups who love them. Created by Jasmine and Alana—mums, founders, and believers in the magic of play—this is the space they always needed, and the one you never knew you did.
With three relaxed, child-led play sessions running Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, we welcome families to connect, explore, and be fully present together. We believe in getting down on the floor, following your child’s lead, and embracing magical, meaningful moments.
The Play Room is more than just a play space—it’s a modern village for mums, dads, and caregivers. A soft sensory nook invites quiet feeds and calming moments, and with our onsite superfood café means coffee and nourishment are always close by.
We’re here to hold space, signpost support, and make those early years feel just a little lighter.
