rules
rules of play:
All children must be supervised by their accompanying adult(s) at all times.
No shoes to be worn in the play space.
Children and adults must wear socks at all times.
Food and drink are not permitted in the play room under any circumstances.
No outside food to be consumed on the premises
Gentle play is encouraged at all times, throwing of play equipment will not be tolerated.
Children who are unwell or who have been unwell should not visit for at least 48 hours. Any children who become unwell whilst at the space should leave immediately.
nappy changing:
Nappies should be changed in the designated baby change facility.
The use of potties should be conducted in baby changing facility.
Please do NOT put nappies in the sanitary bins in the toilets but place in the nappy bin provided.
buggies:
Please leave all prams and buggies the our allocated space. With the exception of sleeping babies/children.
Food and drink:
Only food and drinks purchased at Blended cafe may be consumed on the premises.
The eating areas are kept away from the play space for health and safety, please keep food and drink in the designated areas.
Food and drink are not permitted in the play room under any circumstances.
RESERVATION AND BOOKING:
Please arrive and depart on time to allow for sanitation between sessions. All play sessions are 90 minutes.
All tickets are non - refundable, however you can reschedule your booking subject to availability. Please allow at least 24 hours notice before your session.
Health and safety:
Parents and guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given to ensure the safety of children using the play room, The Play Room UK cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries which occur to children whilst using the play space.
Please inform us immediately if your child has any sort of accident.
We cannot accept liability for loss, theft or damage of any personal items.
No smoking is permitted on the site premises including the use of E-cigarettes and vapes.
