Welcome to The Play Room UK! By using our website or booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read them carefully, as they outline the rules and expectations for your visit and use of our services.
Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made online through our official website.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
We accept most major credit and debit cards via our secure payment platform.
Bookings are non-transferable without prior agreement and cannot be resold.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that The Play Room UK must cancel a session, we will offer a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra cost.
Arrival and Session Times
Please arrive on time for your booked session to make the most of your visit.
Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime, and unfortunately we cannot extend sessions to accommodate latecomers.
Entry will only be permitted during your allocated time slot.
Supervision and Safety
Children must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
Our play areas are designed to be safe, but guardians remain responsible for their children during the session.
The Play Room UK accepts no liability for injuries caused by misuse of equipment or lack of supervision.
Health and Hygiene
If your child is feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your session for another day to help us maintain a healthy environment for everyone.
Shoes must be removed in designated areas. Socks are required for both children and adults in play zones.
We maintain high cleanliness standards and sanitize our facilities regularly.
Food and Drink
Only food and beverages purchased on-site may be consumed in our café or play areas.
Please inform staff of any allergies or dietary needs before ordering.
Outside food is not permitted unless previously agreed upon for special circumstances (e.g. private hire or party packages).
Personal Belongings
We recommend keeping personal belongings with you at all times.
The Play Room UK is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Behaviour Policy
We ask all visitors to treat staff, other guests, and our premises with respect.
Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
Anyone found to be violating our behaviour policy may be asked to leave without refund.
Photos and Media
From time to time, we may take photos or videos during sessions for use on our website or social media.
If you do not wish to be included, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.
Guests may take photos of their own children, but please respect the privacy of others.
Changes to Terms
The Play Room UK reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and apply immediately upon publication.
